Hello there!

 

My name is Candra, and I've been providing pediatric physical therapy to kids for over 22 years. When I'm not helping children reach their goals, you can find me sipping a chai latte, enjoying the sunshine (preferably at the beach!) and spending quality time with my loved ones. I am passionate about what I do and dedicated to supporting children (ages 0-18) and their families! At AAPS, our mission is to provide exceptional care and assistance to help children achieve their goals.

 

At AAPS, we strive to make therapy sessions enjoyable and engaging for children - fun and quality care go hand in hand! We are dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing environment where children can thrive. With my extensive experience in areas including infant development, head shape and torticollis, neurodevelopmental services, gross motor development and functional mobility,  I am well-equipped to address a wide range of needs. I also have expertise in home accessibility solutions, pediatric adaptive equipment, wheelchair/seating  and postural care assessment and consultation.

One of our main objectives is to identify what children want to achieve and create a personalized plan to help them reach their full potential. We believe in providing exemplary service, whether it be in their own homes or in the community. Having lived in rural areas for a significant portion of my life, I understand the importance of ensuring that children have access to top-notch services, regardless of their location.

 

What sets me apart is my unique perspective gained from working in various settings including homes, clinics, schools, preschools, daycares, and community centers. I recognize the interconnectedness of these environments and how they impact a child's overall development and growth.
